Mansi has more than 7 years of experience in development sector. She started her career with working for children with special needs. Later, she worked for patients of all age groups suffering from deadly disease ‘Cancer’ for about 4.5 years. She has worked with St Jude India ChildCare Centres as Cluster Manager and as Program Manager at Global Cancer Concern India. She has experience of working with Oncology and Palliative Care team of few Govt. and Private Hospitals and worked very closely with Pediatric Oncology Team of AIIMS Hospital. She is also an academic counselor for Bachelors and Masters in Social work courses offered by Indira Gandhi National Open University since 2011. She has also written course content for NGO Management course offered by Manovikas Community College affiliated to IGNOU. After completing her Bachelors in Physiotherapy, she pursued Masters in Social Work and Post Graduation in Hospital Administration. Currently she is pursuing her PGD in Epidemiology from National Institute of Health and Family Welfare. She has done research studies on ‘Effect of pelvic floor exercises on urinary incontinence’, ‘Organization and Functioning of Medical Records Department of Sir Gangaram Hospital, Delhi’ and ‘Effect of changing family structure on the care of elderly’. She is working with FHTS as a research analyst and her main emphasis is on social media analysis to understand the role of social media in Public Health. She loves reading, travelling and photography.
