Dedicated Nutrition Research Enthusiast and Clinical Nutritionist with a Majors in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics from SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai with extensive experience in diverse healthcare settings, she specializes in Nutrition Consultation, Planning & Management, and is a proficient Diabetes Educator.
She is a Visiting Lecturer at SNDT Women’s University, Mumbai, guiding post-graduate students on their academic journey. Her true passion lies in educating patients on transforming their dietary habits to heal through food. She firmly believes in the power of research-based dietary insights and straightforward education to help individuals achieve their health goals sustainably. Her journey with FHTS began as a v-Inspire Intern in 2020, and she has since evolved into a Nutrition Informatics Fellow. She serves as a Nutrition Informatics Fellow at the Foundation of Healthcare Technologies Society, Delhi, where she coordinates academic activities for the SMAART Hub for Informatics enabled Nutrition Education (SHINE). Passionate about the continuous exploration and expansion of the field of nutrition informatics, consistently seeking innovative ways to bridge the gap between technology and nutrition.

My journey as an INSPIRE Fellow has been an extremely rewarding experience. Spending two months as an INSPIRE Fellow under the guidance of people who want to share their knowledge of the environment with you and help you become better is invaluable. As an INSPIRE Fellow, I worked on the Monthly Digital Newsletter of FHTS. I have acquired skills like time & data management. Along with that I have learnt how to increase work output with transparent teamwork. The tasks gave me exposure to different work environments. I’m excited for the different work I'll be able to do with other clusters in coming months.
