RISE Intern, FHTS
Meet 19 years old Pooja Naryan, resident of Mohammadpur village of RK Puram area in South Delhi. She is a school drop out, studied till 10th class and got married immediately after her 18th birthday. To meet her expenses and help her family financially she joined a call centre. After 6 months of working, she planned to quit as she felt that she wasn’t acquiring any new skill which could help her in future.
Then she came to FHTS through our Mascot in her village. She has joined FHTS as a RISE Intern and wants to learn employable skills. She has also decided to continue her education. During her journey with FHTS, she hopes to acquire new skills specially computer and bringing change in the life of other girls like her.
