v-INSPIRE Intern, FHTS
This is Sarvani Kandamuru, pursuing my master’s in Clinical nutrition and dietetics at St. Ann’s college for women, Hyderabad. My area of interest lies in the field of maternal nutrition and fetal development. I would like to create awareness and educate rural pregnant women on nutrition during pregnancy in near future. I’m a gold medalist at my university (under graduation). I’m a trained Kuchipudi dancer and a violinist. I’ve done 4 year- certificate course and 2 year- diploma course in both Kuchipudi and Violin (Carnatic).

My internship in FHTS has been highly interesting from the professional and the personal side. During the internship, my guide was present and helpful: checked the ongoing activities every day and was always available for explanations.
The internship was a valuable resource and a great learning experience: it has broadened my understanding of informatics world in general and has given me a strong foundation and valuable experience for my future career.
I would say the internship was very rewarding and had a positive impact, in terms of working experience and acquisition of new valuable skills.
