I, Akanksha Rani, currently pursuing M.Sc. Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College (Delhi University). I joined to FHTS because I feel that it helps me to gain experience and knowledge about how the public health sector works and I think this internship will help me to acquire as many skills for the future aspects and will help me to become a successful Nutritionist.

I, Akanksha Rani, graduated in Home Science from Institute of Home Economics, Delhi university and currently pursuing M.Sc. Food and Nutrition from Lady Irwin College, Delhi University. I joined FHTS (Foundation of healthcare technologies and Society) on 8th of June this year as an Inspire Intern , now I have completed my one month Internship under our mentor Dr. Ashish Joshi and the team. It was my first virtual Internship. I got many opportunity to learn much more to enhance my skills and I believe that it will definitely help me in future.
I have performed several tasks such as summerisation of research article, literature review, nutrition planning for prediabetic patient, health litracy and public healthcare system. Two Webinar were also conducted by Dr. Joshi. We also got tasks in teams that helped me to learn team cooperation, coordination and time management. I would like to thank Dr. Ashish Joshi and the whole FHTS team for providing me opportunity to do this Virtual Internship. Overall it was a great learning experience at FHTS and all I want to say a big “Thank You”.
