In the next one year, I see myself as a valuable employee and a more knowledgeable person contributing to the growth of the organization. I wish to become an expert in my field and take up an important role in an organization. I see myself managing a team effectively. I believe that through this internship I will be able to help myself in achieving these goals. I really see myself developing my project management skills in the next five years. Moreover, I also see myself with significant experience in managing major projects. I aspire to achieve all this success with this job opportunity.  

In the next three years, I’d like to be in a position where I know more about my longer-term career aspiration in the field of public health. I will have gotten experience working with top public health organizations. I will be able to handle projects or tasks in the field of public health (health management); with the supportive knowledge, I will be able to handle ways to improve health care, strengthening and addressing for further better outcomes among various health care organizations. I will have more extended knowledge and experience in investing in health trends and analyzing public health information while preparing reports and designing health education programs. I’ll have grown my technical skills and learned how to take feedback from others and incorporate it. I’ll also have gotten the opportunity to meet with different kinds of organizations. I’d love to branch out into other areas in the field of public health and lead an entire department of an organization.
