v-INSPIRE Intern, FHTS
I’m Astha Yadav, I have joined FHTS internship to enhance my understanding of public health informatics. I’m a pharmacy graduate currently pursing my Master’s in Public Health from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Manipal, Karnataka. I have a keen interest in health policy and scientific writing.
As flattening the curve is the national agenda, I intend to do so by staying at home and enhancing my learning curve and grow.

The internship at FHTS was my first virtual internship. It gave me a great platform to work online with several challenging task. I feel more confident due to the skills acquired during my internship. Being a public health student, I understand how essential it is for us to present our thoughts or interventions in a limited time and at FHTS I was given the opportunity to do the same, have experienced how challenging it can be. I also have learned to segregate the data I need more efficiently, from the vast set of data available. The entire team of FHTS is very friendly and professional, they cleared all my doubts whenever I had any. I would like to thank the FHTS family for giving me this opportunity.
