An amalgam of research, intervention, innovation, entrepreneurship and skills, essential for bridging the gap in public health research for targeting health related inequalities, she got it all at FHTS. The transformational experience of V-INSPIRE fellowship has provided her with a great chance to collaborate and explore with people of diverse backgrounds.
It has also enhanced expertise to gain insights and new perspectives with them. She has definitely benefited from being able to apply everything that she has learnt in the classroom into the real-world. Through her work with Social Media, she sharpened her professional skills and became able to develop her creativity, effective communication, design learning and ideas delivering skills through virtual mediums. Further, engaging people through social media has developed her organisational, leadership, media management as well as time management skills.
The organisation’s founder Dr Ashish Joshi and whole FHTS team have been incredibly supportive of the fellows desire to grow into new areas, and provided them with different opportunities along with well required feedback and support.
