Juveria Mahnoor

I Juveria Mahnoor pursuing an mg PG diploma in Nutrition and dietetics from St.anns college Hyderabad. I would see myself after 1 year as a nutritionist working in a hospital. As time passes I may see myself as a specialist working from various fields in food and nutrition such as Clinical Health (dealing with clinical patients), Child/Adolescents, Public Health, Food processing, etc. Nutritionists are professionals who advise people on the types and quantity of food intake required specifically to increase or decrease their body weight. Dieticians can also work with various fitness clubs, public health agencies, government projects, to educate individuals on food nutrition and eating a balanced diet to prevent diseases.  They work with large groups and communities. In the next 3 years, I would see myself as a clinical nutritionist or dietitian working in the field of research to ensure the quality and nutritional values of food items. They work in labs and study the effects of different types of diet forms on the body. The main area of focus is the nutritive components of food. The results of such research efforts also serve to aid practicing Dieticians in their work.

My internship period at FHTs Organization acquired me with Valuable knowledge and experience and a better idea about what knowledge is and its skills. Things that I have learned during my internship at FHTS were about practical Knowledge and a supportive team with good service. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn and get a better understanding. I also benefited from attending the seminars and have enjoyed them. The group project with my colleagues.
My internship gave me the opportunity to see so much more than I am able to learn in the classroom. I have developed many skills and have a much greater concept. My internship has given me a greater understanding and given me the opportunity to apply further. One of the good things was that I got to learn things from different aspects and got to know more about the technology.
