Goals:

Readjusting our plans according to a situation is the best way to lead a peaceful and happy life. I believe this is what the pandemic has taught all of us. Every day is a new chance for us into making our dream a reality.
In the following year I picture myself working hard in order to reach my goal by acquiring knowledge and putting it into practice as we all know half knowledge is very dangerous and is a part of a health care team, it is highly disrespectful towards the stream. As an aspiring dietician and a fresher in this field, I would like to grow my career as well as gain knowledge in depth associated with it acquiring knowledge without any proper practical application is like being unproductive towards ourselves and within the next 3 years, I would like to be in a position where I have grown as a person by learning something new every day and also worked alongside for the growth of my career, having a right balance between my personal and professional matters and also being emotionally as well as physically happy and content about myself and the choices made.
Also, I am excited to be a part of the FHTS team so that I can learn more about the technologies, the management of information and data in an effective manner so as to be able to comprehend and provide authentic information based upon the research and evaluation. This would be beneficial towards upgrading my skills as a health care professional. Helping my clients/patients /community/society with the correct and authentic information towards making right and healthy choices for a better self and upcoming future is also my major concern area.
With the expansion of technology, communication seems much easier and can be done in an effective manner. the usage of technology to provide benefits to the individuals for transforming their lifestyle into the best possible version of themselves and leading a healthier life, as an intern at FHTS I would like to acquire as much as information possible regarding technology usage and its outcomes.

Testimonial:

When our lecturers first informed us about the internship program along with the FHTS I was having a number of questions running across my mind, as to how will this internship be beneficial for me in my area of interest? and as to how this learning process can be applicable? Why is there so much emphasis on this Internship even though we belong to a clinical nutrition background? And so on…
But all my queries were answered in a very effective yet simple manner. The internship with FHTS helped me realize the usage of technology and my theoretical knowledge can provide support and can reach out in a much broader spectrum in a short period of time. Also, I was able to read the infographics and interpret the information which was being conveyed. The usage of information in a correct manner, presenting the information in a more effective and attractive manner is all the skills that I acquired during my internship with FHTS. Also, I am very much grateful to the organization and our mentors for helping us understand nutrition informatics and also teaching us how to use and interpret the information present out there. I am very much grateful for the opportunity provided to me that helped me grow and surely it did benefit me.
