INSPIRE Intern at FHTS
My name is Twinkle Juneja. I am pursuing MBA from Chandigarh University. I have completed my internship in Human Resource Department at FHTS, New Delhi. The topic of my Project was –‘Research on Various Non cash Bonuses’. I worked on this project for 45 days. As I am a fresher, it was my first working experience in an organization where I experienced a lot of things. The team members of the organization were much co-operative and friendly too.
Working with FHTS was a wonderful opportunity to me and meeting with the founder of the organization Dr. Ashish Joshi helped me in making the report more concrete and research oriented. I learnt new things every day. Overall it is my great pleasure to have been given the opportunity to work with all the employees and the organization.
