I am a postgraduate student, currently pursuing Masters in Public Health at Prasanna School of Public Health under Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, with a specialisation in Health Policy. I am looking for an organisation where I can learn student-centric, growth-oriented internship skills in the field of Public Health with a focus on Policy formulation and analysis and environmental and occupational health.
I have done my Bachelors in Dental Surgery but did not want to pursue it. I have always wanted to work for the community and did not want to treat patients in the confines of a dental chamber. The field of Public health allows me to do just this and work in field. It also does not restrict me to the field of dentistry and allows me a plethora of options, professionally.
