The twelfth event under CAMP initiative was conducted on 10th February 2024 on Bridging the Gap: From Bench to Bedside Approach in Public Health Research. The objective of this topic was to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of bench-to-bedside research, spanning from basic scientific discoveries to practical applications in healthcare which will empower participants with the knowledge, skills, and collaborative mindset necessary for successful translational research endeavours.

Highlights

  • There were 97 registrations made and 24 attendees attended the session out of which 75% were female and 25% were male.
  • The maximum number of attendees were from Delhi but there were other participants also who belonged from different states. One attendee attended the session from Sudan. His name was Mazin Omer.
  • The majority of the attendees of the session were working professionals.
  • The attendees of the session were diverse and included professionals and students from various healthcare and allied sectors.
