Goals:

Well, I am really excited about this opening. In the next 3 years, I would like to see myself more confident of what I am today and in a good position where I have grown as a person of learning new things every day. I look forward to learning new skills and improve knowledge to advance my career. I’ll be the person supporting and persuading my team as a leader during this course of time I must have gained more knowledge and responsibilities. I would like to see myself in a leading position with more responsibilities, knowledge, and skills. I would be more mature regarding my personality and taking discussion for this organization and encourage my junior to give their best will be looking for opportunities to expand my responsibility within this role to work towards my goal see myself as a registered dietitian to counsel others on nutrition, so it's important thatR.D.s be sensitive both to individual preferences and cultural differences when giving nutrition advice. Also, There's a lack of culturally diverse nutrition advice, both in official nutrition resources and in the media. Because of this, it's especially important that I as dietitians work to understand clients' backgrounds and values around food so that we can give nutrition advice that's culturally sensitive and relevant. I want to be one of the reasons for organization growth. I would like to travel and get to know different lifestyle habits and health care of various cultures, as well as I, would like to influence the type of healthcare that people seek.
