This is Dr. Nikita Sharma, I am a dentist by profession and a dream bigger than just helping people. I wish to work at a global scale in order to regulate health worldwide by making appropriate policies and allocating adequate resources, etc. I have complete my BDS from NIMS University, Rajasthan with a one-year internship in 2020. I am going to pursue a Master’s of Public Health in September this year from Queen’s University Belfast.

My experience of internship with FHTS,
To begin with I would like to mention how extremely knowledgeable these three months with FHTS have been for me. This was the first ever virtual internship that I have done. I began with researching about the topics my mentor asked me to do, followed by learning how to do referencing, graphic designing, content editing, etc. I also got the opportunity to participate in a quiz related to COVID and participate in weekly forum discussions on the same. It was one of a kind learning experience and a great boost for my future endeavors in the field of public health.
