Nutrition Informatics Fellow
Pooja Murjani is a Nutrition & Research Enthusiast with majors in Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator & specializes in Diabetes Management, currently working as a Clinical Nutritionist & Diet Consultant in Mumbai. She is also associated with SNDT Women’s University as a Visiting Lecturer. Being specialized in Therapeutic Nutrition, she can help patients with clinical conditions & metabolic disorders. She is passionate about educating patients to enhance their dietary habits in order to heal with food. Research-based dietary implications & straightforward education is her favorite methodology which can help people achieve their health goals & can be sustained in the long run. Apart from this, she creates user-friendly content in order to create awareness about medical health conditions. Being a keen learner, she has been associated with FHTS as Nutrition Informatics Intern so as to gain more experience and knowledge about the same. Her interest areas are Clinical Nutrition & Research, Nutrition Informatics, Nutritional Counselling & Nutrition Entrepreneurship.

My journey as an INSPIRE Fellow has been an extremely rewarding experience. Spending two months as an INSPIRE Fellow under the guidance of people who want to share their knowledge of the environment with you and help you become better is invaluable. As an INSPIRE Fellow, I worked on the Monthly Digital Newsletter of FHTS. I have acquired skills like time & data management. Along with that I have learnt how to increase work output with transparent teamwork. The tasks gave me exposure to different work environments. I’m excited for the different work I'll be able to do with other clusters in coming months.
