Public Health Researcher
Sabhya Juneja, pursuing Ph.D. from Department of Development Communication and Extension, Home Science, University of Delhi. The area of my research under Ph.D. is mobile based ICTs and Community Health Workers. I was awarded with ICSSR Fellowship for pursuing Ph.D. research. I have submitted by thesis in March 2023. I have presented and published several research papers and have attended various conferences and seminars. My core expertise lies in writing research proposals, both related to quantitative and qualitative researches. I have an understanding on assessing data and interpreting findings along with taking lectures on research and related courses along with developing content on various social issues contributing to development.
Before joining FHTS, I served as an Assistant Professor and have taught courses related to Development Communication and Extension to graduate and post graduates students at University of Delhi and Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) Meerut. I have travelled to over 20+ states of India in association with a project namely Science Express, which was a flagship program of VASCSC, in association with DST, DBT, MOFCC which gave me a perspective on the importance of community interventions for awareness, attitude and behaviour change. At FHTS, I am looking forward to learn and grow in the area of ICTs and public health.
