INSPIRE Intern

I am Dr. Sumedha Mitra, an Upcoming Public Health postgraduate with a specialization in Epidemiology from Prasanna School of Public Health, Manipal, and an under-graduation in Dentistry from Manipal College of Dental Sciences, Mangalore. I am driven, dedicated, inquisitive, and highly adaptable; committed to helping implement preventive healthcare interventions via relevant research and data analysis.

I found myself drawn to the INSPIRE fellowship program at FHTS, because of its mission to harness technology to make healthcare more readily accessible for the holistic well-being of the population.

I am intent on growing in alignment with the organization’s objectives by rapidly picking relevant skills, fostering collaboration, and leveraging my exposure to the healthcare sector. Lending my voice to the voiceless by synthesizing evidence and prioritizing sustainability during my internship here is what excites me
