Lockdown resulted in many unintended consequences with disruptions to food related practices, physical activity, employment, and overall mental health consequently. Considering the nature of present quarantine measures and its implications beyond the pandemic, it is important to assess the unintended consequences of the pandemic and their implications on over all well-being. The present study aims to fill the gap regarding the same along with proposing a conceptual and recommendation framework for the mental health, lifestyle, employment, and nutrition related variables during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Methods: A study was conducted at selected eleven primary health centers (PHCs) across urban and rural settings of Chennai district of Tamil Nadu, India. The data was gathered incorporating the already published survey protocol for assessing the Impact of COVID-19 Vaccine Communication, Acceptance, and Practices (CO-VIN-CAP) on Vaccine Hesitancy in an Indian Setting.
