FHTS, India and P.H.RISE, U.S.A. organized exhibition of handmade products under the RISE Initiative and simultaneously conducted Swasthya Pahal (Health for All) camp at Tilak Nagar Police Station, New Delhi to screen individuals at risk of Non-Communicable Diseases including Diabetes, Hypertension, obesity and high cholesterol. Individuals received lifestyle counselling to help them self-manage their own health.
Under the RISE initiative, FHTS, India and P.H.RISE, USA aims to create 500 jobs for urban slum girls by providing opportunities  in Research, Innovation, Skills and Entrepreneurship (RISE) for sustained employment.  
Swasthya Pahal (Health for All) utilizes SMAART, a population health informatics framework conceptualized by Dr. Ashish Joshi (ashishjoshi.me), Senior Associate Dean of Academic and Student Affairs of Graduate school of Public Health and Health Policy, City university of New York (CUNY), USA and founder of Foundation of Healthcare Technologies Society, New Delhi.
Swasthya Pahal utilizes interactive multi-lingual, touch screen computer program that gathers data related to social-demographics, clinical history, and health behaviours. In addition, objective data including weight, blood Pressure, and blood Sugar, is calculated. SMAART health card is generated to show individual risk profile. Individualized feedback is given by trained lifestyle counselling experts.
In the camp, the consumers bought Pouches and 91 people got themselves screened under Swasthya Pahal Initiative.

Swasthya Pahal ("Health for all"), our community initiative utilizes SMAART™ framework, aims to promote self-management among individuals about diabetes, hypertension, obesity and high cholesterol. Swasthya Pahal utilizes interactive multi-lingual, touch screen computer program that gathers data related to social-demographics, clinical history, and health behaviors.

In addition, objective data gathered includes height, weight, blood pressure, and blood sugar. An evidence based decision rule engine then generates a SMAART™ health card for each individual. Based on the individual risk findings, the system provides an individualized lifestyle feedback supported by trained lifestyle counselling experts.
