This scoping review aims to map the existing evidence available on digital interventions related to diet and/or physical activity targeting metabolic syndrome (MetS) in countries of Southeast Asia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region. The evidence will be used to document and compare government-led or institutional initiatives promoting healthy diet and physical activity. The study will explore both digital and non-digital programs for the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) in these regions.
