FHTS conducted a training and orientation program for its staff and interns as part of Phase 2 of the ongoing study, “Evaluating the Impact of Digital Intervention versus WHO PEN Approach in Non-Communicable Disease Prevention and Control in Resource-Limited Settings: A Quasi-Experimental Study.” The hybrid session introduced the team to the features and layout of the newly developed dashboard, and equipped them with standardized procedures for conducting usability assessments among study participants, including troubleshooting common technical issues. The training reflects FHTS’s continued focus on building strong internal capacity to support rigorous, well-executed research in the field.
