I completed my Bachelors in Life sciences followed by Masters of Public health from Panjab University Chandigarh. During my Academics i conducted an MPH dissertation titled “Male Participation in Maternal & Child Health Services and Its Impact on Maternal Mental Health.” The study used a community-based cross-sectional design and involved questionnaire development, face-to-face data collection, and quantitative analysis using SPSS. The research examined the relationship between male participation in MCH services and maternal psychological distress. . I worked as an intern in NHM , Punjab under MCH Program .Previously worked as a Consultant with the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) under the ADARSH Project in collaboration with the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Punjab. The role involved coordinating with government health officials, conducting health-facility assessments, supporting Programme monitoring, preparing technical reports and documentation, and participating in stakeholder review meetings.
