The first batch of the Operational Research in Population Health (ORPH) program with Saveetha Medical College, Chennai was commenced from November 1, 2013 to May 1, 2014. A total of 30 students were enrolled in this batch, marking a significant step in strengthening research capacity in population health through structured, hands-on academic training.
