December 3, 2025 – Dr Ashish Joshi was invited at the Government Medical College Srinagar, Uttarakhand on the Importance of Research in Public Health. He elaborated on the importance of research in medical college, its growing impact in clinical, medical and public health sector and future requirements. Research is not just a cure, it is the foundation of a healthy society and a strong health system says Dr. Joshi. Describing research as “life-long learning,” Dr Joshi said that research is not limited to obtaining a degree, but it is a process of continuous learning, finding new solutions and strengthening the health system.
