FHTS signs MOU with Commonwealth University St. Lucia to establish Commonwealth University College of Public Health Technologies (CUCOPHT)

• Develop academic programs of excellence to prepare workforce that can address public health challenges of the 21st century
• Provide research opportunity to the undergraduate, post-graduate, and other senior researchers, in enhancing public health research in Saint Lucia and its neighborhoods
• Develop experiential learning program for students to prepare them with the essential knowledge, skills and competencies to prepare an employment ready workforce.
• Establish FHTS SMAART Center implementing Community initiatives, Population based research, innovation and entrepreneurship, Skills and generate employment to advance good health and well-being in Saint Lucia and beyond.
