Our team conducted a Swasthya Pahal health camp at the Head Post Office, Ashok Vihar, on September 30, 2026, screening and counseling around 21 individuals on the self-management of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs). The camp aimed to bring preventive health screening directly to postal staff and visitors, many of whom have demanding schedules that leave little time for routine check-ups. Beneficiaries were also guided on their results and could enroll in HEAL, an SMS-based nutrition and lifestyle education program offering daily and weekly health messages. The team also exhibited products from the RISE initiative, which supports women aspiring to make a difference through research, innovation, skills, and entrepreneurship.
