She has a deep passion for areas such as evidence-based research, community outreach, and the implementation and management of health projects. Her professional journey includes serving as a Healthcare Project Manager, where she has developed proposals, spearheaded projects, and managed relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and funders.
She has also interned with several health organizations, such as ICDS and NAZ Foundation, gaining hands-on experience in areas like HIV/AIDS, women’s and child health, malnutrition, gender inequality, addressing mental health issues, and menstrual hygiene awareness. A particular focus of her work has been supporting young girls in rural areas and helping to raise awareness about the importance of menstrual hygiene.
Her approach to public health is driven by the belief that empathy, not sympathy, is key. She strives to connect with people where they are, offering support not out of pity but through genuine understanding and empowerment.
