Milli holds a Master’s degree in Media and Communication Studies with a specialisation in Advertising and Corporate Communication. She brings a deep passion for purposeful communication — not just as a craft, but as a tool for meaningful, real-world impact.

Her professional background spans public relations, content strategy, copywriting, digital media, and corporate communications, with experience across agencies and organisations that have shaped her into a versatile and grounded communicator. She is drawn to work that sits at the intersection of people, storytelling, and change.

Beyond her professional life, Milli is someone who looks closely at the world around her — she finds meaning in understanding where things come from, whether that’s through her love of gardening, her curiosity about food and its origins, or her eye for photography. These instincts — to observe, to connect, and to communicate authentically — carry into everything she does professionally.

During her Master’s, she undertook a dissertation — a mixed-methods study exploring how urban women in Delhi and Bangalore engage with political discourse, conducted in collaboration with UNICEF and presented at an International Conference in 2024.

At FHTS, Milli is the Communications Coordinator, where she brings her skills in strategy, content, and storytelling to help translate the organisation’s research and public health work into communications that are clear, compelling, and community-centered.
