Swasthya Pahal is a digital health initiative that enables timely screening, and raise awareness about NCDs among underprivileged people across different geographical settings. It emphasises on early detection, prevention, and manage these diseases effectively. The purpose of this study is to enhance awareness of disease prevention and to evaluate the scalability, feasibility, and effectiveness of digital health technologies across diverse socio-demographic and geographic settings to strengthen health services and improve health outcomes.
