My experience was great because before joining the program I was a bit hesitant in communicating with the people & i didn’t know what to do I’m my future career but joining this programme builds my confidence in communication and now I have a clear picture what I want to pursue in my further career.

Taking the Nutrition and Health Informatics course has transformed my life. Not only did I have a better grasp of how technology can help people live healthier lifestyles, but I also learned how to apply these tools in real life. The section on self-monitoring technologies, such as calorie-counting apps and activity trackers, was especially informative. I now feel comfortable using these technology to monitor my personal nutrition and physical activity, which has significantly improved my habits. Nutrition informatics programme has taught me how to write a proper article and a research paper. After joining in this programme, I have learned a lot about how to extract information from databases. I believe the knowledge I have gained during this programme will help me in my master’s. In this day and age of advancement in technology and healthcare it is best to keep one updated with information. With this thought, I pursued the Certificate in Health and Nutrition Informatics course taught by FHTS. During the program, I learned different concepts from basics of Health informatics, use of electronic health records and human- centered design to the application of research in the sector of healthcare and nutrition. It was a good learning experience and had a supportive faculty.
