What is v-INSPIRE?
A Virtual Interactive Novel Support Program for Innovation, Research and Entrepreneurship aims to address population health challenges of the 21st century by enhancing academic and non-academic skills of students using an Innovative and participatory experiential learning experience.
Mentorship is an integral component of v-INSPIRE.
- Experiential learning (EL) programs allow students to gain experience, engage with the community, develop technical and interpersonal skills, and build career readiness and professional networks, all of which have been particularly hard hit
Educators need to rethink outreach strategies and consider alternatives to traditional in-person placements

- Choose effective communication tools and techniques, including information systems and communication technologies, to facilitate discussions and interactions that enhance team function.

As my V-INSPIRE internship comes to an end, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all the members of FHTS for the continuous support, guidance, and encouragement throughout this journey. This internship has been an incredibly valuable learning experience for me, both academically and professionally. I had the opportunity to gain practical exposure in public health research, data collection, survey methodologies, community-based health programs, data analysis, and research writing. The experience has greatly strengthened my understanding of epidemiology, research methodology, and implementation-based public health work. I would especially like to thank all the mentors, coordinators, faculty members, and staff at FHTS for creating such a supportive and motivating environment. Your guidance helped me improve my communication skills, teamwork, analytical abilities, and confidence in research practices. Being a part of the V-INSPIRE internship has truly inspired me to continue pursuing my interests in public health and research. I am grateful for the knowledge, mentorship, and experiences I received during my time with the organization. Thank you once again to everyone at FHTS for your support and kindness.
